Conor Coady couldn't help but tease Nottingham Forest following Leicester City's shock 2-2 draw at the City Ground (May 11).
Ruud van Nistelrooy's men had already suffered relegation at the end of April and had managed to take just four points from their last 13 games. It seemed likely the hosts would win given they are chasing UEFA Champions League football and beat the Foxes 3-1 at the King Power earlier this season.
The East Midlands derby was full of drama and Facundo Buonanotte's 81st minute strike meant it finished honors even, much to the frustration of Forest and owner Evangelos Marinakis.
Coady: Nice Feeling To Spoil It For Forest

Coady had opened the scoring at the City Ground, with a neat 16th minute header but Morgan Gibbs-White fired in a 25th minute effort. The English midfielder then found Chris Wood with a cross who headed his side in front.
Van Nistelrooy's Foxes stole a point late on and left Forest fuming amid losing ground in their hunt for Champions League qualification. Coady was delighted with this:
"The feeling in the dressing room is a nice one because we've come here and spoilt it for them and that's what we wanted to do."
The point has ensured Forest will be playing European football next season but they are close to missing out on a return to the top-tier competition. It was a frustrating draw for Nuno Espirito Santo and his boss who gave him somewhat of a dressing down on the pitch at full-time.
Leicester Finishing Season On A High
There's no telling whether Van Nistelrooy will still be in charge come next season amid huge speculation over his future. Former Wolves manager Gary O'Neil has become the latest name to be linked with replacing the Dutchman who has been in charge at the King Power since December.
Van Nistelrooy has overseen just three wins in 23 league games, suffering 17 defeats and failing to steer the Foxes to safety. There are calls, including from fans, for him to go when the campaign concludes.

The draw against Forest has lifted the mood among the fanbase given it's frustrated a rival. This came after a 2-0 win over fellow-relegated side Southampton and if the upturn in form continues that could have implications on Van Nistelrooy's future.
Next up is the visit of Ipswich Town (May 18) who have also been relegated before finishing the season at high-flying Bournemouth (May 25). Jamie Vardy will undoubtedly want to finish his career at the King Power by adding to his tally of 199 goals in 499 games.
