It is a genuinely magical prospect to have one more chance to see Leicester City's 2015/16 heroes gathered in one place. Yet the Blue Army's collective appetite for this reunion is markedly muted, or averse; suppressed by the bitter taste of recent club stewardship.

The supporters have been treated with startling disregard by chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha (aka Top) and Jon Rudkin, the latter of whom was inexplicably elevated from director of football to chief football officer. A title change that serves only to obscure his role in the club's recent decline.

This profound lack of interest originates at the very apex of the Leicestershire side, cascading downward to permeate a roster that has largely failed to inspire. Resentment is the appropriate word to describe the prevailing sentiment among the faithful, and, frankly, the cold detachment is entirely deserved.

The 'Incredibles' of a decade ago remain blameless, and though the support holds a definite and significant appreciation of their legacy, a mere fraction of the expected attendance is only rumoured to have manifested for this milestone. The LE2 hierarchy currently shills tickets and star appearances as if they were going out of fashion, a desperate tactic for an event that seemingly struggles to capture the public imagination and is, indeed, unfashionable.

Consequently, it appears a lamentably small number of seats will be occupied. And that is an indictment on Top and Rudkin, along with a poor reflection upon those legendary professionals who provided such unprecedented joy.

Claudio Ranieri will lead the side once more, joined by indomitable captain Wes Morgan and stalwart Robert Huth. They are accompanied by Leonardo Ulloa, Andy King, Christian Fuchs, Jeff Schlupp, Marc Albrighton, Daniel Amartey, Yohan Benalouane, Marcin Wasilewski and Nathan Dyer.

While Kasper Schmeichel will be in attendance, he shall not feature due to injury. Though City promise further announcements regarding the legends and an opposing All-Star XI before the May 30 kick-off.
