I recently labelled Abdul Fatawu Leicester City's current star. I'm sure the Blue Army fan base would widely agree with that sentiment, especially after the Ghana international's start to the campaign. He has a point to prove following injury with his counrty derailing most of his Premier League experience. Fatawu is actually so good that he could eventually become the latest superstar to go on to incredible things.

With the potential in existence for the 21-year-old to perhaps end up on the same level as LCFC leavers like N'golo Kante and Riyad Mahrez, he stands out amongst the Foxes squad for several reasons other than his exception prowess. The former Sporting Clube de Portugal (Sporting CP) man is one of the most likeable players on City's roster - by far!

The jubilant nature of the thrilling winger is mightily infectious. He is rapidly becoming the most sought-after and cherished asset in the absence of Jamie Vardy. Talk about 'playing with a smile on your face' - Fatawu is generally the epitome of the phrase. It doesn't always go right for the Ghanaian, of course, we all have our moments.

Like I say, he struggled with a serious anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). And that must have been a difficult time away from the sport for the excitable footballer too. But all this means Fatawu is a ripened subject for a programme to be made of his exciting, roller coaster journey so far. Here is how Leicester fans can claim a ticket to Abdul Fatawu's documentary screening.
