The Premier League and English Football League transfer windows have now closed for paid deals. Leicester City oversaw a very successful summer of outgoing business overall. Not to mention the Foxes recruitment department conducting an, at the very least, satisfactory recruiting session on Filbert Way.

Leicester chiefs then raised his valuation once they sold enough assets to satisfy Profit and Sustainability and sign others. Ultimately, potential suitors such as Everton were put off or chose other options.
