On Wednesday evening, Huddersfield Town welcome (that's an oxymoron, to be fair) Leicester City to John Smith's Stadium. The occasion, all the glamour of a Carabao Cup First Round clash. The Football League One club will do well to defeat their Championship opponents on the day. However, the visiting team is sure to make quite a few changes; well, the Foxes regularly did under all previous contemporary bosses.
Anyway, more on the potential LCFC starting lineup later. In the meantime, we have a lot more than just a predicted City XI. There are the usual elements to go over such as the kick-off time. In addition to that, we have information about watching the game live. Not to mention appropriate TV channels, or streaming sites when applicable. So, let's begin the Huddersfield vs Leicester preview.
Huddersfield Town vs Leicester City: TV channel, streaming, kick-off
Can Huddersfield cause an upset in this one? Sure, why not?! Although, I'm not predicting a City loss. However, both outfits are coming into the match on the back of respective victories.
But can we watch the action live? Yes; you'll need a Sky Sports+ or NOW package if you're viewing in the United Kingdom. The Sky Go app is also your host on the night; 7:45pm is the start time.
Predicted XI
As I previously indicated, the Foxes are the superior side in this upcoming clash. But Foxes of Leicester expect Catalan gaffer Marti Cifuentes to rotate his men somewhat.
Though maybe a few starters will be selected again; goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk may continue, as could his back line. This way, the defence continue to build a rapport and an impenetrable sense.
Yet Ben Nelson is ready; Faes earned his spot versus Sheffield Wednesday. I'd love to see Kasey McAteer, Louis Page and Jeremy Monga begin.
Stolarczyk; Thomas, Nelson, Faes, Justin; Winks, Choudhury; McAteer, Page, Monga; Daka.
