Leicester City's dreadful Championship season is thankfully nearly over.
There would have been parts of the King Power fanbase that would have been anticipating that the Foxes would instantly return to the Premier League, further solidfiying their yo-yo club status.
Instead, the status of the club now is crisis-ridden, with League One football miserably on the menu, as Gary Rowett's men are only kept off the bottom of the Championship by a Sheffield Wednesday team ripped to shreds by a mammoth set of points deductions.
Hopefully, a new set of heroes can be born from such gloomy times, with Matty Fryatt sticking out as a club icon to this day, for how much he thrived when Leicester were last stuck in the pits of the third-tier.
Fryatt was Leicester's main League One hero
Indeed, Leicester have been here before in staring League One depressingly in the face, with the 2008-09 season seeing them compete at the lowly level, for just one campaign.
The Foxes would storm home to the title in style, amassing 96 points from their near flawless 46-game run, with Fryatt ending the season overall on a ridiculous 32 strikes in all competitions.
62 strikes would come his way in total across 189 Leicester appearances, with his blistering exploits during that title-winning season, in particular, bringing a joy back to proceedings that had been completely lost.
Leicester need to become more entertaining when they slip back to League One next season, with the likes of Patson Daka and Jordan Ayew just not cutting the mustard anymore, as has-beens up top.
The Foxes need to go into the market and see who they can pick up to lead the line with more venom, with a Fryatt-style gem potentially in mind.
Leicester could stumble on a new Fryatt
Reports suggest that Leicester are keen on a move for Plymouth Argyle talisman Lorent Tolaj, who has begun to garner a reputation, across recent seasons, for being a potent goalscoring hero in League Two and League One.
With only one game left in Argyle's League One season, as a playoff spot still remains up for grabs for Thomas Cleverley's Pilgrims, Tolaj is sitting pretty on a red-hot 21 strikes from 38 games.
He hasn't quite hit Fryatt's levels, with 32 strikes a very hard amount to match, let alone surpass.

But, it's clear - like the Nuneaton-born striker once was at the King Power - that the 24-year-old is a firm fan favourite at Home Park, with fans potentially enjoying the prospect of coming to watch the Foxes next season, instead of viewing it as a tedious chore, with a full-blooded Tolaj leading the line.
Noted as being a "top-class" individual to work alongside by Cleverley, the hope would be that if Leicester were to get their hands on their desired target, they'd be able to take League One instantly by storm, as their insane title-winning squad managed under Nigel Pearson.
Of course, landing Tolaj won't be easy, and winning his signature wouldn't fix all of Leicester's issues overnight.
But, it would be a signing that gets dissenters slightly back on side, as a modern-day Fryatt is possibly born from the rubble of relegation.
