Leicester decide not to hire these two potential managers

Leicester City sacked Steve Cooper only a short while ago, and the race to take over at the King Power is in full swing. With several names mentioned, here is the latest on the pursuit for a new head coach, and why two have been axed from the list.

The Foxes made the decision to part ways with Steve Cooper following a poor run of form, supporters becoming unruly, and a total disconnect between the management and players. The decision was the right one. However, the choice of who comes next is more pivotal.

Crucially, Leicester have several candidates who have at some point been mentioned. Former Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea head coach Graham Potter was a key target in the summer and has been targeted again. David Moyes - who was relieved of duties at a struggling West Ham United - is supposedly a top target as well. Meanwhile, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Carlos Corberan are also reportedly on the list.
