Up and down and all around the country, people are loyally turning out to support their teams in the English Football Leagues. It's a beautiful thing to behold! It must be said that Leicester City Football Club are actually a positive and beneficial part of the division when we serve at the EFL's pleasure, so to speak. Obviously us members of the Blue Army fan base would much prefer to be basking in the glamour, attention and riches of the Premier League.
Though it is always entertaining, enriching in other ways and certainly never dull to be involved in tier two. The Foxes actually lead the way in many elements of Championship football. One of them being a packed stadium at the King Power. But more on that later. Along with that enormous factor of the profitable business and stability of the league, City bring a bit of their own allure and enchantment to an often boisterous and demanding competition.
This fascination in turn attracts viewership from all corners of the world. Yes, the talismanic Jamie Vardy has departed, though others such as Jeremy Monga have taken his place as supporters' idols. LCFC obviously provide much rivalry and increase the quality of C'ship competitiveness too. So it's not all about a commercial appeal either. But, as I say, the East Midlanders do have the largest attendance in the Championship. But which club has the lowest average gate?
