Aaron Ramsey must have impressed Leicester City Football Club scouts and recruitment staff, or they wouldn't have signed him at almost the last hour of the transfer window. Marti Cifuentes must be a big fan too, because the Burnley loanee walked into the Foxes starting lineup versus Oxford United last weekend. Yet Ramsey, whose brother Jacob also just moved from Aston Villa to Newcastle United, totally ruined his debut with a reckless and dangerous challenge against the U's.

This leaves the former Queens Park Rangers head coach with a problem ahead of the Coventry City derby in the Championship on Saturday Lunchtime. Cifuentes has a rather larger squad than he requires with 31 players apparently making up the roster. However, there aren't too many central playmakers amongst the senior LCFC group, it has to be said. Though options are available in one form or the other.

City have been told to play Jordan Ayew by one of Leicester Mercury's typically insightful writers. The reporter was also someone who previously wrote here at Foxes of Leicester, so I put stock into the view. However, I think I may have a superior suggestion for the City management. At first, if I were Cifuentes, I probably wouldn't place Ayew into the support or second striker role, although the Ghana international is a viable alternative.

A different Fox could potentially be devastating as the new No.10 in Bilal El Khannouss and Ramsey's absence. Is Jeremy Monga the man (or teenager) for the job?

Below are some of Josh Holland's reasons to put the ex-Crystal Palace forward behind Julian Carranza in the XI. Of course, Louis Page has a chance as well.

"The Argentine's place in the starting line-up would be at centre-forward meaning Jordan Ayew would drop deeper. Cifuentes has utilised the experienced Ghana international in a similar role in four games already this season. Ayew's strengths come with the ball at his feet to hold play up and allow runners beyond him. The second-half against Oxford, he was utilised in that capacity more often with Abdul Fatawu and Oliver Skipp running beyond him."

While I believe Monga is the correct choice for 10. He could be electrifying and productive there. And, according to GOAL, he has played in the position and enjoys it. The 16-year-old also hails from Coventry, just to set up a fairytale!

"...he's versatile enough to play on either flank or as a No.10 behind the striker if required."
