With all the chaos, bluster and noteworthy action around the Premier League and Championship over the past week or so, we seem to have missed a totally unacceptable statement from a rather ignorant international manager. The National Team head coach in question made an acutely and wildly offensive, inaccurate and inappropriate comment about our beloved Leicester City Football Club. And we are not letting this type of ignorance go unnoticed amongst LCFC's Blue Army fan base.

When a club falls down a division, it doesn't make them a bad organisation. If a great club like the Foxes suffers under bad management, leadership and ownership for a few years, they will always likely bounce back and are certainly not to be dismissed or underestimated! So let us detail the quote, and name the commenter. Not to mention that we shall explain why the remark was misguided, rude and wrong.

National Team managers should keep their unproductive, immature and silly observations about domestic football private

First of all, international bosses have clearly enjoyed wonderful careers, in most cases, to get to where they are. That almost goes without saying.

Therefore it is strange that they can't seem to keep their opinions about how club gaffers should run their own sides to themselves. Injuries and availability always appears to be a problem.

They can be critical of tactics and approaches when it's impertinent and none of their business. Some of these National leaders really need to maintain concentration on their own situations.

Belgium boss's wildly offensive and inaccurate Leicester City comments

So you can see why the discourteous and very ill-informed Belgium boss Rudi Garcia rubbed Foxes of Leicester the wrong way. If you are unaware of what he said about LCFC regarding Wout Faes, read below:

"With this a World Cup year, Belgium manager Rudi Garcia pushed for Faes to get a move, saying: “He will have to change. We hope that he will play again for a good club and that he can apply for a future position with us.”

That comment earned a blunt response from Cifuentes, who said: “I have full respect for whatever other managers are saying. What I know is that Leicester is a very good club."

As you can see, the man is petty and mistaken. Does he not know of our illustrious modern history?!
