According to Sky Sports' notable Midlands reporter Rob Dorsett, Premier League club Crystal Palace have an agreement in place with Leicester City Football Club over the signing of a star Fox. The apparent fee the Eagles will pay the King Power outfit for Bilal El Khannouss has also been revealed. And the LCFC fan base will likely be pleased with the figure; saying goodbye to one of their best in the summer, yet again, will not be as easy.
However, the deal is not done yet, says Dorsett. The journalist added, after naming the price tag, that Palace have not fully committed to the switch right now. They are supposedly also considering a swoop for Southampton wonderkid Tyler Dibling. The South London side were said to have made a substantial offer to the Saints for their prize asset in January of this year.
In my humble view, Dibling could become an even better player than El Khannouss. Though both have no ceiling and may end up reaching footballing greatness. Nevertheless, the national media outlet suggest that a 'broad agreement' is in position. That relates to how payments would be structured etcetera, declares Dorsett. The Englishman is a rare talent; his valuation is said to be '£45 million plus'.
Everton, who have moved to a new ground called Hill Dickinson Stadium, are also admirers of Dibling. Not to mention City star Abdul Fatawu. Although the former is reportedly too expensive for the Toffees. So the Blue Army still have Fatawu's future to worry about. But the prospective El Khannouss transfer awaits one further factor, claims another writer.

So, why won't Palace pull the trigger on the Morocco international, so to speak?
