An absolute Leicester City legend has revealed what it's really like working under ex-LCFC manager Enzo Maresca. Meanwhile a Foxes star tells an interesting story about England midfielder Jude Bellingham. What has Marc Albrighton been saying about the Italian, and what did Conor Coady learn about the Real Madrid man?

First of all, before we get into the dual stories contained in our headline, let's get the latest on prominent Leicester player Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. 'KDH', as some in the Blue Army refer to him, is reportedly the subject of serious interest from two significant Premier League sides: Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea.

Fairly major outlets and journalists of note seem to agree that the Leicester City Football Club Academy Graduate is effectively up for sale. And this news has upset much of the fan base because Dewsbury-Hall is something of a favourite at King Power Stadium. He's earned himself a great reputation over recent years as one of the standout, along with industrious and honest, professionals at the east Midlands club.

Nevertheless, the 25-year-old will be allowed to leave in order for City to balance their Financial Fair Play books. Fortunately for the Leicestershire outfit, 'homegrown' talent can be sold for pure profit. This put Dewsbury-Hall in the cross hairs of a few top-flight English teams.

Most recently, midafternoon on Saturday, Dewsbury-Hall is said to have rejected the chance to represent the Seagulls. The Blues hijacked the move, in the meantime, making their own declined offer for the LCFC footballer. The west Londoners will now supposedly continue their attempts to lure Dewsbury-Hall to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are apparently offering (presumably one) from three of their own personnel for a possible swap deal. David Datro Fofana, former Fox Cesare Casadei and Armando Broja are the trio, if reporting is accurate. The claim feels realistic in my opinion. In fact, any of the aforementioned names would be good additions at Leicester. Broja in particular could be a fine goalscorer if given appropriate EPL opportunities.

Marc Albrighton on one-time Leicester City boss Enzo Maresca

Albrighton is definitely an ex-Fox worth listening to. Let's hear what he disclosed about Maresca:

"I think they can expect somebody that’s very passionate about the way that he plays. From the day he came in at Leicester he worked on this one way of playing and the whole time he was there, we never moved away from that.

Every drill we did in training was set out in the positions that he wanted to build up from.
They can expect passion and commitment. He was at the training ground from early hours until the evening. He was always the last one there.

He’ll give everything to that job because he loves football. He loves the style of play and the new ideas. With the job he’s job and the opportunity, he’ll be trying everything in his power to make it work"

Conor Coady's Jude Bellingham transfer revelations

Coady says his former England colleagues, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson, tried to convince Bellingham to join Liverpool. This was back when Henderson played for the Reds, and Coady is from Merseyside too.

"I think 'Hendo' and Trent tried with Jude at the World Cup, yeah 100%. They man-marked the life out of him. I think them two tried it. And to be fair, you would, wouldn't you?!"
