Leicester City owner Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha - or 'Top' - is said to be confident of keeping Foxes manager Enzo Maresca for the upcoming season back in the Premier League. And the Italian in charge of the King Power team has already outlined his EPL aims and strategy for the next campaign. And you dreamers out there will definitely be disappointed. While prudent realists like myself will back what the gaffer has declared. Following promotion from the Championship back to the big time, Foxes of Leicester take a look at what's next for LCFC's head coach, and the side in general.

Celebrations erupted amongst the Leicester City faithful on Friday evening when Leeds United were thrashed 4-0 by a rampant Queens Park Rangers. The London-based club wanted their Championship survival sorted, and it was duly confirmed. But Foxes parties have really been in full swing since the east Midlands side beat Preston North End 3-0 on Monday night. A brace from LCFC hero Jamie Vardy and another goal from Kasey McAteer handed Leicester the English second division title once again. The squad proceeded to party. Good times.

There was no time to waste for Leicester City Football Club's hierarchy, though. Their mission is to now secure boss Enzo Maresca. Not to mention ensuring that an ample amount of personnel is shipped out in order to comply with Financial Fair Play and Profit and Sustainability laws. Apparently Leicester's transfer embargo shall be lifted if the King Power outfit succeed in handling the aforementioned outgoing business. That means the Foxes can and will sign players in order to strengthen over the summer months ahead of the EPL kick-off. Happy days.

Back to Maresca now, as LCFC chairman Khun Top has purportedly readied an offer and is ready for contract talks with the 44-year-old. There is possibly interest in the Former Manchester City coach from other clubs including Sevilla, were he formerly played. It is claimed that the Foxes are 'confident of fending off' any attention towards their chosen chief.

Enzo Maresca has told Leicester City supporters and players what to expect next season before now

If you were forecasting another unfathomable EPL title-win as Leicester rejoin the illustrious league - you were mistaken, according to Maresca. He is solely focused on building and refining a Foxes roster which can withstand the pressure of the dreaded drop once more. He isn't even considering a cup triumph as a viable scenario for next season.

"the target is not the Premier League, the target is not the FA Cup. The target has to be to maintain, to avoid the relegation"
