Foxes of Leicester provide details of Leicester City's upcoming open top bus parade through the city after confirming the Championship title. FoL also talk about reports that Jamie Vardy is set to re-sign with LCFC very soon. One pundit, Stephen Warnock, thinks the east Midlands outfit would be wise to get the veteran's deal done quickly. In addition to those stories, we look at the two aspects of the King Power club's season that manager Enzo Maresca was unhappy with.

In spite of the typically reliable John Percy of The Telegraph reporting that Jamie Vardy would likely leave Leicester this summer, it appears that the formidable striker will remain a Fox for at least one more season. That is because almost every other major sports media outlet, such as The Athletic and Sky Sports, have contradicted the aforementioned journalist's claim.

And the Blue Army will celebrate Vardy re-signing with his beloved Leicester like winning the league all over again. Or the lottery. You see, the 37-year-old is still influential on the pitch and instrumental in having a unified and content squad off it. He is someone to look up to for young Foxes professionals. Along with remaining a deadly centreforward with a load of goals to his name once again this campaign.

So, when is the Premier League title-winner going to be rewarded with a new LCFC agreement? Well, another trusted Midlands football source, Rob Dorsett, stated that Vardy's year-long extension should be announced in the coming days. And the reporter declared that three days ago. So any minute now is my guess. Get ready for another Premier League Vardy party!

Explaining what Foxes boss Enzo Maresca didn't like this term

Now that Maresca and his (very) merry men have secured promotion back to the English top-flight, the Italian will address a couple of gripes he has. The two topics are finances and transfers; essentially, having more of both would please the gaffer. Let's be frank here: City may well not survive in the EPL unless a couple of ideal signings are made ahead of 2024/25.

When does Leicester City Football Club's bus tour take place?

The Leicester team has worked hard to gain entry back into the Premier League, and will happily show off their silverware this weekend. On Sunday, the entire Foxes roster and staff should be atop an open top bus for a 12:00pm lap of honour. Then comes a trophy lift on Haymarket shopping centre balcony at 13:15.
