Fans, pundits, bloggers, experts and journalists will have their say over the way any football club should be run. And the opinions obviously include which personnel any given manager ought to select. There are currently some Foxes who have found themselves on the receiving end of criticism from supporters of late. Not to mention finding themselves respectively out of the LCFC starting lineup. Yeah, sometimes we go overboard regarding criticism. You probably read my negative thoughts on a recently departed centre half, for example. But we don't wish for any professionals to be abused for how they play.

Faes was targeted by fans for poor performances; in all honesty, some of the Belgium international's showings were borderline contemptible. Nevertheless, he is a versatile and unique defender on his day.

"Winks is a strong player and he did really well for the team."

Though the duo proved their separate worth from the substitute's bench on Sunday. And we could see them return to the XI for the Huddersfield Town or Preston North End match.

"As Wout is showing me, as I would say all the players, is that he’s a fantastic, talented footballer. He helped us a lot in the second half to bring the ball faster, higher up the pitch, not just the goal. He’s training so well."
