Schlupp was a key performer for the few seasons for the foxes however in the past season he has found himself being kept out of the squad by an abundance of wingers.

The 23 year old Ghanaian may want to fight for his starting place however, making 24 league appearances during Leicester City’s title winning season, mainly from the bench.

West Brom will be confident in obtaining Jeff’s signature after Ranieri gave him the green light, assuming the right fee is agreed.

Leicester City have previously turned down a £9m bid and it is believed that West Brom will be lining up an improved offer of £11m.

Schlupp isn’t the only player in the Leicester City squad who are looking for a change of scenery. Young centre-back Liam Moore is looking to get one foot out of the door as well.

Reading looked keen to sign the youngster however with reports stating that the deal is close to done.

Liam Moore has failed to impress during loan spells away from Leicester City and the England U21 international will be looking to move to a team with regular first team action.

Moore has one year left remaining on his contract and looks to be seeing it out as he has declined offers from Leicester City to renew. should he want to progress his career he will need to seek a move as soon as possible to get game time under his belt.

Should Leicester City allow Schlupp to leave, it could prove costly.

Whenever he has played for the foxes he always looks on the front foot and drives at defenses, offering something different down the left flank to Marc Albrighton.

The only issue is his playing time, should he want to be a consistent starter he may need to seek his move as ‘The Tinkerman’ Claudio Ranieri has tended to tinker very little with his winning formula, providing Schlupp with little time on the pitch.
