Leicester City are still reeling from losing their 20 game unbeaten run at the King Power over the weekend against West Brom.

Despite the set back, Leicester forward Shinji Okazaki is keen that the Foxes will bounce back quickly and get back to work at pushing up the table like the defending Premier League champions they are.

It was a hard fought match at the King Power against the Baggies, but it all came down to another error for the Foxes and one that was from an unlikely culprit.

Danny Drinkwater has been in phenomenal form for the Foxes this season but everyone unfortunately has an off day and against Tony Pulis’ side was the 26-year-old midfielders.

In the last 20 minutes of the match Drinkwater tried to play a back pass that put Matty Phillips in for a go-ahead goal that put the visitors 1-2 up and was more than the hosts to overcome.

Okazaki was gracious in discussing his opponents midweek in an interview with LCFC TV, and he looks to the positives of the game and will hope to see his side learn from the defeat:

"“It was an important game, but West Brom are like usThey’re good at defending and quick on the counter attack. They’re a very dangerous team. Maybe in the first few minutes, they were very good, but after that, we played a good game.”"

Okazaki knows that his side did not have the best first half and paid homage to the West Brom defense, but the second half saw the Foxes have the chances to take the match but they did not make good on their opportunities:

"“It was difficult because the opponent is organized defensively and maybe we didn’t shoot enough. We didn’t have a bad first half, but the second half was very open and there were a lot of counter attacks.”"

In closing the Japanese striker admits that both the Foxes and West Brom were dangerous but the hosts just could not get the job done despite their excellent home support:

"“Both teams were dangerous, but 2-1 is disappointing for us. The atmosphere with us is difficult, but we have an international break now, so that’ll change things.Of course we have a good team and good supporters with a lot of energy. We will come back again.”"

Following their current two week international break Leicester get back to work in a match against Watford as they look to try and fight their way back up the table.
