Leicester Transfers: Euro starlet Bartosz Kaputska a hot target
Leicester City won the race to Polish UEFA European Championship starlet Bartosz Kaputska over the summer singing the youngster on a five-year deal.
Like any summer transfer, they take time to bed into a new league in most cases and the young Polish wide player has only made a handful of appearances for Claudio Ranieri’s Leicester first team.
However, he is a regular in the U23s for the Foxes and is building his English footballing experience as he works towards growing into a regular first team place.
Despite having only made a few appearances in the top flight and in other competitions, the obvious wealth of talent that the young midfielder has at his disposal is immense and according to reports from multiple outlets, he is attracting much attention from the English Championship.
The Birmingham Mail has linked him to a loan move to Birmingham City where according to their reports manager Gary Rowett is keen to add more attacking ability to his side.
Leicester City’s hometown paper, the Leicester Mercury, has the starlet linked with a move to Nottingham Forest as they are in the midst of a takeover and an injection of cash and fresh talent in January is hoped to be in the cards for Philippe Montanier.

There is also belief that Derby County and Wolverhampton Wanderers are being thrown into the mix as potential suitors for the 19-year-old.
It is telling of just how strong of a young talent Leicester were able to land this summer with their £7.5 million move for Kaputska by the amount of interest their is in just taking him on-loan with him hardly have making as many appearances since his move.
It appears that his four matches over the summer in France with Poland were enough to make major waves around the English leagues and the desire to see him have first team action is just as strong now as it was several months ago.
