Domination not capitalised upon

Statistics suggest that Leicester City dominated and did everything they could to win the game, but those who actually watched the game would say that a draw was probably a fair result, as both teams did their part.

The best way to put this game would be to say that Leicester City did dominate, but not in the way that would have the won them the game. They played to Stoke City’s strengths way too many times – like whipping in crosses too often – and when they didn’t, they fluffed the chances.
