Galatasaray have made another offer for Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa, as per multiple reports in Turkey.

The Super Lig giants have been chasing the Nigerian for some time, and they now want to get the deal over the line as soon as is possible; however, with Huddersfield Town and Fulham joining them in the race, things might spice up a bit.

What remains to be seen is whether Leicester City are still maintaining the same stance on the £16 million man.

Having only played in a league cup game last season against Sheffield United before his loan move in January – which he scored in – Musa has been the subject of a no mercy approach from Claude Puel, Craig Shakespeare and Claudio Ranieri.

Since his arrival in 2016, he has only made 33 appearances for the Foxes, starting a mere 11 games and scoring five goals. For anyone who has watched him at the FIFA World Cup, it would be tough to comprehend why and how does he have such horrific numbers at the King Power Stadium.

There is a possibility that Puel may decide against selling Musa, and try to fit him into the team. The 25-year old is quick, has decent skill on the ball, and is not short of confidence in front of goal, as is evident by now.

With Jamie Vardy ageing as well, Ahmed Musa could prove out to be the perfect replacement for him. He may not be the same character, but in terms of football, he may even be better.
