The dream transfers that would perfectly suit Leicester City
Wingers
Wingers are a complex choice, as there’s a lot of variations in how you want your wingers to play. With Rodgers, there’s an emphasis on them playing high alongside Vardy but with the knowledge of defensive duties. Harvey Barnes has shown that with direct wing play, Leicester are a difficult team to defend and adding another like-minded option wouldn’t be a bad idea.
Malcom, currently playing for Barcelona, is becoming surplus to requirements at the Spanish club, as they look to facilitate the signing of Antoine Griezmann. Being touted by Everton also, the Brazilian had an incredible season with an uninspiring Bordeaux side, and playing for one of Europe’s greats explains his level of talent.
Incredibly direct, good with both feet and an end product makes him a complete player when comparing him with other Leicester wingers (Gray and Barnes). The kind of player Leicester should be aiming to acquire if European football is on their radar.
Hakim Ziyech of Ajax is another interesting talent; however, he’s spoken on his desire to be playing in Europe’s top competition with his next team and that’s unfortunately not something Leicester can offer.
