Leicester want to sign EPL inbound, international midfielder
We all know Leicester City have an abundance of quality in every midfield area, it’s a talented winger needed. Yet another central player may be signed.
There are certain Leicester City ‘fans’ that truly must reevaluate their understanding of the club. They really don’t have a clue about business or football dealings: our ownership – the Srivaddhanaprabha family – has put £100 million into a new training ground; they’ve paid a lot for an excellent manager in Brendan Rodgers, which helped us secure European football again. Now some ‘supporters’ say David Brooks as a “top target” is a lack of ambition from the club. Talk about ungrateful!
Adding to this is the fact that many onlookers are surprised about the very low reported Foxes transfer budget of a mere £20m. Other people have said that is not enough and again criticised King Power for being cheap or shortsighted. What the accusers failed to learn, realise or understands is that selling someone such as Ben Chilwell or Kelechi Iheanacho will mean a boost for the kitty to buy with. It’s simply, usually, added to the fund in this situation.
Leicester City after international midfielder
Schalke and USA international Weston McKennie is supposedly a Leicester City target, too. Mckennie can play as a centre-back but is known as better in a more advanced role. His name was made when making his domestic debut at age-18 and his national bow that same year.
Southampton are also said to be interested in acquiring the 21-year-old’s services. A price-tag of £20m has been mentioned for the player who wants to be a member of the English top-flight.
