Leicester City have some crucial players absent for the important Premier League clash at Manchester City, while the Citizens have even more injures. Here’s FoL’s predicted Foxes XI.

As you may have heard already, Pep Guardiola has a plethora of injury problems as his Manchester City side prepare for the arrival of Leicester City on Sunday, in the latest round of Premier League fixtures.

The Foxes were top of the division for a few days, before a newly revitalised Everton knocked them off. Brendan Rodgers will have one eye on the top four-six, yet he won’t be realistically considering an EPL triumph. Neither will Carlo Ancelotti, for that matter.

Nevertheless, the start to the top-flight campaign has been exceptional from Rodgers and his men. Especially bearing in mind the issues the King Power squad has endured with fitness. Wilfred Ndidi is the freshest long-term absentee, as he underwent surgery on Saturday.

Predicted Leicester City line-up

Leicester will also be without Ricardo Pereira when facing the Sky Blues; though centre-back Jonny Evans is available, happily. Although, Cengiz Under is unavailable.

This is the Foxes starting line-up FoL predicts, in a 4-3-2-1: Kasper Schmeichel; James Justin, Evans, Caglar Soyuncu, Timothy Castagne; Papy Mendy; Dennis Praet, Youri Tielemans; James Maddison, Harvey Barnes and Jamie Vardy.
