Che Adams

There was a lot of hype around Che Adams when he initially signed for Southampton from Birmingham City for £15 million.

With 178 appearances and 53 goals to his name in the Championship and League One, you can see why the Saints were keen to sign him.

However, the move hasn’t really gone to play having scored 8 goals in over 50 games in the Premier League. This is thanks to bad luck with injuries and the incredible form of Danny Ings.

So why should Leicester sign him? After all, he’s not exactly Jamie Vardy is he? No. But not many are at Vards’ level.

Adams, is an nimble player, capable of running past players, whilst being able to win a header. His link up play is also good, on show for every game bar one this season. The English striker is only 24, and has played across the front three this season.

The 24-year-old has it in him to replace Vardy when his time eventually comes, but for now he could fill in a spot that is screaming for someone to fill it, and that of course is right wing. And another bonus is that Che Adams is originally from Leicester!
