Leicester City entertain West Bromwich Albion on Thursday evening in a crucial Premier League clash. This is Foxes of Leicester’s preview.

Can the Foxes achieve what they sometimes struggle with by defeating a lesser team who are currently enjoying a good run of results? Victory is not be a foregone conclusion in this one – not that outcomes are ever certain in the marvelous Premier League competition.

However, Brendan Rodgers’ men will believe that they are more than capable of beating Sam Allardyce’s side. Nevertheless the final score should be quite close, if you value my opinion.

In the United Kingdom, the match will be shown live on BT Sport. You can find details of how to watch or subscribe, here. Elsewhere, the contest is also covered by BBC Radio 5 Live.

With no new confirmed absences, FoL predicts Leicester’s starting eleven to be the same as it was versus the Saints. Though possibly with Timothy Castagne and Ricardo Pereira switching sides:

Kasper Schmeichel; Jonny Evans, Caglar Soyuncu, Wesley Fofana; Castagne, Wilfred Ndidi, Youri Tielemans, Ricardo; Ayoze Perez; Kelechi Iheanacho and Jamie Vardy.

Leicester City star on team feeling

While the Foxes prepare for the visit of a Midlands rival, underrated midfielder Dennis Praet spoke to lcfc.com. Praet, a Belgium international, reveals that the squad are focused on their game and not the European Super League squabbles which are dominating media.

LCFC have five games in the English top-flight prior to meeting Chelsea in the cup final. But Praet wants his team to carry the FA Cup “energy” into the promising EPL campaign. In addition, the 26-year-old confirmed his team-mates are delighted with their progression in the domestic tournament.

Praet also stated that it is great for the club to reach a final – as it has been a while since they have done so. Furthermore, if Leicester can achieve a similar performance versus the Baggies, he believes they can secure some points at KPS.
