Here are details of the third Leicester City transfer addition of 2021. Following the signings of Patson Daka and Boubakary Soumare, Ryan Bertrand is joining.

A trio of excellent captures are soon-to-be announced by the Foxes. Well, the maiden addition of 2021 has already occurred with Zambian striker Patson Daka being confirmed as the first signing. Secondly Boubakary Soumare joined Leicester; the French Under-21 international is another extremely quality recruit for the east Midlands team, prospectively.

And the triple hiring will be complete when Bertrand becomes a Fox, potentially this week.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, stated on Friday that Bertrand’s deal shall be public in the coming days. Romano’s information over the Daka and Soumare information and timings was absolutely accurate. Therefore the Blue Army can trust the reporter.

However, Romano seems to have gotten his maths mixed up, as he says the contract is a three-year one, with an option for a fourth year until 2024. Though obviously that sounds like a two-year agreement with a possible third.

Leicester City goalkeeper sees England issue resolved

England managed to bypass Denmark at the Euro2020 competition’s semi-final despite some fine work from Kasper Schmeichel in goal. The Foxes stopper made nine saves in the game, one of which was a penalty stop, in spite of having some moron in the crowd shining a laser pen at his eyes. Schmeichel probably would have gathered the poor Harry Kane spot kick fairly easily had he not been put off by the, presumably, Three Lions spectator.

Now an outcome is reached after Gareth Southgate’s side were charged by UEFA. England have received a fine of £26,000 followed the incident, on a night also marred by fireworks being set off in the stadium and the Danes’ national anthem booed. Do better, Three Lions support!
