Foxes of Leicester explains how to live stream the initial Leicester City pre-season friendly of 2021/22 for free, while looking ahead to the game.

There are lots of reasons to celebrate today: it’s Friday, and Leicester are back in action tomorrow! As the Foxes’ pre-season gets underway, an increased optimism surrounds the Blue Army. Even more so than the previous off-season. This is mainly due to the FA Cup win, which vouches for anything being possible; along with the prospectively superb signings completed by the east Midlands team.

Burton Albion are the first potential victims of a stunningly talented Leicester side; one which has now sufficiently filled spaces in the extended squad. Patson Daka, Boubakary Soumare and Ryan Bertrand are set to make uncompetitive debuts for Brendan Rodgers.

And you can watch the practice clash live and free on lcfc.com. If you haven’t got an account already, that costs nothing and is quick to do. In addition, the encounter will also be shown on the club’s YouTube channel. There are more details here.

Leicester City transfer rumours

If you have not heard yet, there are a couple of new pieces of Leicester-related speculation I’d like to bring to your attention as the players are well-known. One in particular is a very famous footballer and Premier League title-winner: Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool’s captain has not come to an agreement on a new Reds deal and his status is said to be in limbo. Arsenal, who always seem to be involved in LCFC talk at the moment, are also apparently interested in the England international.

Meanwhile, the Gunners are reportedly attracted to Foxes star James Maddison. Maddison will not be sold cheap – with a suspected pricetag around £80million – so Mikel Arteta and Edu believe they can prize away the playmaker by offering Ainsley Maitland-Niles. Maitland-Niles is a decent utility man, but this is a laughable proposal.
