Neither in which Pérez has been very good. Sure, if we let him leave, the rough patch can end, and he can be back with the clinical offense, but we cannot be sure if or when it will happen.

Dennis Praet

There is no problem with Praet as an individual. The only thing that is not on his side is his luck. Just as things were looking positive for him, he failed to capitalize by riding on the momentum due to an unfortunate injury. That hurt his chances by several folds.

During a period, when he could have earned favors with the gaffer as a regular starter, he was made to sit on the sidelines. Now we have reached the point where it isn’t beneficial for the club and the player to be stagnant here low in the totem pole. This lack of playing time will hurt his chances of representing Belgium in the internationals.

Hot. How Leicester should line-up for Wolves game. light

A player needs minutes and opportunities to grow and develop, but at the current oversaturation in the midfield department, things don’t look all that well for the Belgian. He needs to move someplace else if he wants more opportunities. A good prospect from Leicester City’s side as an international player fetches a fair price in the market.
