Another defender in the mix
From Jeramiah St. Juste to Gleison Bremer, the King Power team are in need of defensive reinforcements, and they are already on the march for a centre-back. Another experienced defender has joined that growing list.
Cameron Carter-Vickers – the Tottenham loanee at Celtic – has been a rock at the back for the Scottish giants. It is no wonder both Celtic and Leicester City are trying to get the player. However, his profile is less of what Leicester need, so is likely not to be too high up our list.
He is strong, composed, and experienced. This makes the centre-back a possible rotation option with stalwart Jonny Evans, but not of the calibre we need to play alongside or rotationally with Wesley Fofana.
Juste and Bremer are certainly superior options. They have pace, technical quality, experience, and high transfer values to boot. The air of freshness and improvement would be palpable for supporters yearning for a better set of defenders.

To be honest, I doubt ‘CCV’ is coming to the King Power, but if he comes – like Vestergaard – I’ll support him all the way through.
