Wout Faes: 6/10- Was solid at the back, winning tackles and distributing effectively. Unfortunately, he was at fault for the first goal, getting left behind by Dominic Solanke, although he was put in trouble by his team-mates.

James Justin: 4/10- Shaky at the start, making several passes to put his team in trouble. Struggled one-on-one and his side always looked the most vulnerable going both forwards and backwards.

Midfielders and attackers

Boubakary Soumare: 5/10- Brought in due to injury to both Wilfried Ndidi and Nampalys Mendy and looked assured in the first half with his passing. His defensive work was alright but he does lack awareness which led to some dangerous opportunities.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 4/10- Not a great showing from the Shepshed-born midfielder who switched off at key moments, which put Wout Faes in trouble for Bournemouth’s first goal.

Youri Tielemans: 5/10- Worked hard but was not able to dictate the play as he usually was. Leicester City need players such as him to step up in tough times like these.

Harvey Barnes: 4/10- Anonymous showing from a dynamic player who really struggled to beat his man consistently. Coupled with a lack of end product, it was a forgettable display.
