3 Soon-to-be out of contract players we’d like at Leicester

Leicester City will likely have a busy transfer window in the summer. Nine players’ contracts expire this summer. This includes the likes of Youri Tielemans, Jonny Evans, and Nampalys Mendy. Along with those players who may leave for free, Leicester star James Maddison has one year remaining on his contract. With big Premier League teams interested like Manchester United and Newcastle, the club may be interested in selling.

With many potential holes to fill, why not look into signing some players on a free contract? LCFC will have money to spend but, we don’t know if we’ll be able to fill all of those spots with our budget. There are a lot of gifted football players who will be in the free agency pool this summer. Here are three soon-to-be out-of-contract players we’d like to see at Leicester City.

Evan Ndicka at Leicester City?

With Evan Ndicka already being linked to Arsenal, Manchester United, and Liverpool, it will certainly be a hard contract to get signed. However, this is simply too gifted of a player to not make an attempt for. Ndicka is a 23-year-old centre-back who currently plays for Eintracht Frankfurt. The man is an absolute unit who stands at 6’4” and weighs 181 pounds. Imagine him next to Harry Souttar. No one would ever be able to score from a cross against us. Would be really convenient on set pieces.
