A report states that Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City position as manager could be at risk. Furthermore, there is talk of a change on the horizon at King Power Stadium. It is unclear if that means the Northern Irishman is the only person who may exit the Foxes, or others at the club are potentially in danger of losing their jobs, too.

Funnily enough, the Leicester performance against Southampton wasn’t as bad as some fans and observers have declared. Yeah, defeat to the Saints came at a terrible time, along with helping them off the bottom. But the east Midlands outfit were not awful, so don’t believe that. Even James Maddison criticised a journalist for publishing his slightly intense thoughts. Maddison is admirable for sticking up for the team, yet the article still made many valid claims.

The Athletic’s Leicester City Football Club reporter, Rob Tanner, suggested that the Foxes ‘buckle under the slightest pressure’. He went on to say that this trait could spell doom. The playmaker tweet quoted the comments and piece, describing it as ‘rubbish’; ‘Madders’ believes Leicester will survive the relegation threat if they continuously play that way. Both of them produced accurate remarks; I feel Tanner was predominantly referring to fragility in past matches. If the writer is indeed inflaming supporter tension, Foxes of Leicester are in the same boat for offering our honest opinions.
