Oh dear, Leicester City. And what an actual shock for once. New Fox Aaron Ramsey caught the Blue Army fan base well off guard on Saturday afternoon. The Burnley loanee was dismissed against Oxford United for a 'high and reckless tackle' by referee Ben Toner. And that action and its ramifications supposedly 'tipped the balance of scales into the U's favour, according to lcfc.com. Gary Rowett's men did receive impetus from the unfortunate moment, it must be said!

Though most of us Foxes fans will be able to forgive the Clarets man, he did truly let the side down! Nevertheless, he deserves a second chance - when his suspension is served of course! So we shouldn't be too hard on the attacking midfielder who should leave the tough tackling to hardened defensive midfielders. Yet Ramsey has made and apology to the LCFC support. Let's hear what he had to say for himself.

In addition to covering Ramsey's costly mistake when attempting to impress us, there is another matter I'd like to bring to your attention. After I cooled down somewhat following two points being dropped at Kassam Stadium, it got me thinking. I was wondering which teams foul the most in the Championship, and subsequently found some statistics. So, just how dirty are the King Power outfit?

Just how often do Foxes break the rules?

Derbyshire Times claim LCFC are the fourth least physical team in the division. The most compliant is apparently Bristol City with one yellow card. The side fouling most is Watford: 10 cautions and one red.

Aaron Ramsey says sorry to Leicester City faithful

Here is the one you were waiting for - and certainly deserve. City were a man down for the majority of the match after Ramsey's foul on Filip Krastev. Below are the 22-year-old's comments:

"Really want to apologise to my team-mates and the fans for how today went. Proud of how the team played the game out, and will give it my all when I’m back to put it right for them."
