When transfer expert Fabrizio Romano speaks about your team - you listen. Even though Leicester City are now a Championship football club, the respected Italian journalist has given information on the Foxes to their Blue Army fan base. In fact, Romano gave LCFC supporters the ideal transfer update on one £17million man. Leicester should start moving forward now!
Most of the Leicester City faithful know the score but a few on social media might remain clueless - or are comedic geniuses
I recently subjected myself to a brief look at the comments section on a Leicester Mercury transfer rumour article. Which isn't usually the best way to start a day. The piece concerned overly rated Leicester left back Victor Kristiansen.
Mostly, City loyalists on the site were pleased to read of Kristiansen's likely exit for obvious reasons. Though one said Forest won't regret it; I think that particular fan was being ironic.
Selling Victor Kristiansen to Nottingham Forest is an absolutely perfect deal for the Foxes
On paper and in person (kind of), Kristiansen looks the real deal. When he first arrived, one of my former writers on the Foxes of Leicester site wanted to nickname the Dane 'the bulldog' following an encouraging appearance or two.
From then on, that tenacity, knowing nature and attacking impetus appeared to desert Kristiansen. While his loans were supposedly successful, well-informed and understanding LCFC spectators became frustrated and disenchanted with the 22-year-old.
Obviously at his age, it must be said that Kristiansen can improve or find a home that suits him. My advice to him would be to be far less circumspect or careful on the pitch: he must advance with confidence, circumvent as well as massively increasing his crossing capacity and fitness.
"And transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says Forest are the latest club “to show interest” in Kristiansen."Leicester Mercury
England's tier two might have suited the ex-Bologna defender. Yet it seems as though his time may be up at Leicester. If he continues playing at an underwhelming level, shipping him to Forest will prove to be optimal for the King Power side. Sunderland are reportedly interested too.
