Leicester City supporters are eager to learn where Jamie Vardy is going to be playing his football next season after departing King Power Stadium recently. The legendary LCFC and England striker produced 200 goals in 500 Foxes appearances. But, sadly for those of us in Leicester's Blue Army fan base, he'll be scoring his goals for another side going forward.
Vards is said to have interest from a number of European clubs in top divisions, including Serie A and LaLiga teams. Not to mention Saudi Arabian outfits eyeing up a move for the notorious goalscorer. Furthermore, clubs in North America's Major League Soccer division would like a piece of the 38-year-old as well. And news might perhaps now be forthcoming, especially being as Fabrizio Romano has got himself involved.
The famed Italian reporter gave an update to the King Power faithful on their favourite son. Romano has informed Leicester fans that Vardy is essentially in the final stages of deciding before he agrees a transfer. In addition to those details, the possible destination has been revealed. Let's hear what the specialist journalist claims.
Fabrizio Romano informs Leicester City fans Jamie Vardy could be starring elsewhere in no time
According to Romano, newly promoted Italians Cremonese are desperate to complete the Vardy deal. Cremo, as they are known, actually increased their salary offer to the ex-Three Lions man.

Improved contract proposal on the table for Leicester City legend who’s available as free agent.

Obviously we can read into this: the free agent probably wasn't offered enough to begin with. Moreover, Vardy is expected to 'make a final decision with his family soon'.
So, it seems as though our best ever will be a Cremonese player shortly. I don't think many, if any, City fans predicted that one. It is nice to think that, maybe, another fairytale may be written which is similar to the one on Filbert Way.
