Leicester City's Blue Army are impatiently awaiting updates on any transfer situations. That includes wondering if the Foxes will eventually sign any more players. Unfortunately, veteran goalkeeper Asmir Begovic is literally the sole addition on Filbert Way this summer. A fact that is comparably worse than the offseason when we only signed Wout Faes! Bad times.

The sale of more assets is the other element LCFC supporters are more patiently anticipating. Obviously us fans don't mind if some underwhelming deadwood is discarded. Albeit squad depth is still required in the Championship. But our attention mainly focuses on the stars who could depart King Power Stadium.

On that front, there was a bit of good news for the East Midlands outfit's faithful in midweek. That was after learning that fan favourite Abdul Fatawu was a Premier League target earlier in the week. While the reports on Bilal El Khannouss are certainly more concerning. Significant sides such as Arsenal and Bayer Leverkusen admire the Morocco international, along with other clubs like Newcastle United, Everton and Leeds United. What's the latest?

El Khannouss worries for Foxes fans

Leicester's playmaker is totally justifiably wanted by many top teams. According to the below quote via Sky Sports' Rob Dorsett, the 21-year-old will probably leave:

"Leicester more likely to sell El Khannouss [than Fatawu]as things stand, with interest in him from many- RB Leipzig, #lufc and #cpfc all monitoring"

Good news on Abdul Fatawu for Leicester City supporters

If I had to choose which Fox to keep from Mads Hermansen, El Khannouss and Abdul Fatawu, I would have selected the latter. The Ghana National Team representative is an amazing prospect. Incredible.

Fatawu's dazzling and direct dribbling versus Sheffield Wednesday peaked my interest. He is unstoppable at times. While El Khannouss would be my second choice.

Hermansen, now at West Ham United, is a great goalkeeper. Yet Jakub Stolarczyk is a very promising replacement. You'll be pleased to learn that the City faithful may get lucky with Fatawu's immediate future:

"#efc currently unwilling to meet #lcfc demands for Abdul Fatawu – the two clubs v divided on valuation and Everton now considering other options. "
