Leicester City possess some amazing young talent. Many of the Foxes' Academy graduates are beginning to come through in a new wave; similarly to when England internationals Ben Chilwell and Harvey Barnes emerged at King Power Stadium. Maybe not all of the emerging crop will hit the heights of representing their respective countries, winning the Champions League or the Premier League etcetera. Although they currently have chances to make it at a brilliant Championship outfit that deserves to be back in the English top flight in no time at all!

LCFC have been the envy of plenty of EPL and tier two sides recently due to their incredible production line of quality young professionals. You all know that because of how many of them are being targeted by other so-called 'bigger' teams. Jeremy Monga and Louis Page were both reportedly separate recipients of interest from mammoth clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Man United (I included the final team there as a bit of a laugh!).

Yet City are also, occasionally, acutely prudent and astute recruiters in their own right. I won't list the inexpensive gems the East Midlands side has polished and sold for profit over the last decade or so. We would be here too long! So you can see why slight excitement exists over any youthful recruits captured by the King Power club. And Leicester have just recently announced the signing of Riley Carr from Hertford Town of Southern League Division One Central. Meanwhile these hopeful City footballers have penned pro deals at Seagrave.

Foxes youths sign contracts

"Will Lawrence, Bartosz Kosiorek, Kevon Gray, Lorenz Hutchinson, Alfie Fiskin, Jake Donohue, Kirsten Otchere, Ryan Donnelly, Reiss Khela, Bless Alkobire and Olaoluwa Omobolaji have all penned deals which will see them step up to our professional ranks for the 25/26 campaign."

Along with his current LCFC Under-18s teammates, Carr is also on the roster. He's been cited by Rising Ballers and supposedly had 27 teams (including significant sides) monitoring him. The winger is one development player to keep an eye on.
