Fans of Leicester City Football Club are not best pleased at the moment. Marti Cifuentes was welcomed with open arms when he joined the Foxes over the summer. The fan base understood that he only had just over half of a preseason schedule to get ready for a challenging Championship campaign. Transfers wouldn't necessarily go his way either. Yet LCFC supporters were even fairly patient and understanding when City suffered a boring succession of four draws from five fixtures.
However, and this is a significant 'however': Leicester fans are beginning to turn on their Catalan gaffer. The former Queens Park Rangers head coach has been fairly critical of the team in the previous two outings. He's even specified two City players who could and probably should have done better over that period.
I'm actually not against naming and shaming these millionaire let downs if it comes down to that sensitive scenario. The Leicester support certain did not hold back in their assessments on the state of the East Midlands outfit via social media. After the Hull City loss, supporters took to X (formerly Twitter) in their droves in order to tell King Power bosses what they thought of the state of play on Filbert Way.
Leicester City faithful let club have it after Hull City embarrassment
OK, wasting no more time, I am now going to embed some posts for you to see for yourself. I'll give my verdict (whether I agree) under each of the 'Tweets'.
Most unlikeable squad I’ve ever seen at Leicester.

No passion, no effort and laziness all over the pitch.
Cifuentes looks out of his depth, 1 win in 7 is not good enough for the Leicester in the EFL.
The silence from King Power is DEAFENING.
First of all, FOX50 speaks absolute sense as usual. We could do with him writing on our site!
Same back 4 next game anyone ? pic.twitter.com/3moO6m3QpF

92Stonesy obviously took aim at the terribly inept Leicester defence, as well as Cifuentes' constant selection of inadequate personnel.
This club is genuinely dead. No life. No passion. Players don’t care. Board are running it into the ground. Fans are resigned to it and it’s not our fault.

Top, Rudkin, you did this. Well done fellas🖕🏻
Liamlcfc2 is right, well, almost. The organisation isn't dead, but it is dying. Moribund.
should marti perhaps be doing a tad better?

probably
but let's not pretend that sacking and rehiring would work...
and don't let it distract you from the failures of the board...
internal review? you don't have a clue!
Freddy_Soden with the astute evaluation here. Why do failing companies always conduct internal reviews? Only external views can help in these situations!
