The Foxes will lose more players this summer. Following Jamie Vardy, Danny Ward and Daniel Iversen exiting the East Midlands, another two players are reported to be possible Leicester City leavers. But one of that pair could lose something important to every elite professional should he choose to continue on at King Power Stadium. That player in question would possibly be ostracised from his own national team if he refuses of fails to leave Leicestershire.

Leicester City player will reportedly be dropped from his national team unless he arranges a transfer away from Foxes

We can probably now name the person who will likely be the fourth senior Fox to leave Leicester City this summer. Before now, Vardy exited the Leicestershire outfit. Then goalkeeping duo Ward and Iversen were both released.

Vardy's next team is up for debate. In all fairness the football media is pretty out of control with regards to speculation on the ex-England striker's subsequent side.

Meanwhile Ward could be on his way back to Wales. Newly installed Championship club Wrexham are said to be interested in re-signing their former goalkeeper.

However, Iversen will join Preston North End for the 2025/26 season. Both the latter pair will hypothetically face City next season in that regard. I can't imagine either being booed.

Wout Faes in trouble

Wout Faes is not an LCFC fan favourite. But even when he wasn't in the Leicester starting lineup, he managed to retain his international status. Although the under pressure centre back might perhaps struggle to do that for much longer.

You see, Belgium boss Rudi Garcia is expected to select only top flight footballers for his squad. LCFC's English tier two standing therefore jeopardises the defender's involvement.

Yet Faes is said to have options. Decent options. Lazio apparently being one. And this is surprising considering how awful he was for City last season in particular.
