Alan Shearer has put forward his Premier League team of the week for match-week 6. In his team, he highlighted two Leicester City players.

The hangover of the weekend still hasn't settled for Leicester City. While it may seem like the Foxes have bigger fish to fry, they were close to getting a result against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Leicester fans need no reminding, but it were two moments in injury time which prevented them from picking up an invaluable point on the road. Within the 90 minutes, they did well to draw the game level.

Questionable refereeing decisions to one side, fans can be proud of two players in particular. Believe it or not, they were both in the defensive half, despite conceding four goals.

Alan Shearer put defender James Justin and goalkeeper Mads Hermansen in his Premier League team of the week for match-week 6.

1. James Justin

Against Arsenal, James Justin was arguably Leicester City's best player. The defender scored two goals away from home, including one of the best goals to be scored all season.

James Justin only had an expected goal rate (xG) of 0.15. Yet, he scored two on the day. This shows that he overperformed what was expected of him. From three shots, the full-back netted twice.

Justifying his decision, Alan Shearer said: "TWO goals at Emirates Stadium, including a stunning volley. I would have been proud of that one!"

High praise from the all-time leading Premier League goal-scorer.

2. Mads Hermansen

This might be the first time that any goalkeeper who conceded four goals has ever made the team of the week. Either way, Mads Hermansen deserved it.

Arsenal took 35 shots at Leicester City, 16 of those being on target. Throughout the match, Arsenal had nine big chances. So, for Hermansen to only concede four from those stats is pretty good going.

Alan Shearer praised his performance: "It may seem strange including a goalkeeper who conceded four goals, but he made six or seven great saves as Leicester threatened an upset at Arsenal until the final moments."

Next up in the Premier League, Leicester City face Bournemouth at the King Power Stadium. The Cherries have had a good start to the season, but they've shown they're capable of being beaten. Leicester must take confidence from this.
