According to a fresh report, Leicester City hold an interest in Royal Antwerp star Mandela Keita. Will the highly rated midfielder set off for Filbert Way this summer, or will another deal breakdown? There is also further chatter involving the east Midlanders and Arsenal's Reiss Nelson. Nelson would be a tremendous addition to the Leicester squad. Have talks already been held between the two Premier League clubs?

Meanwhile revelations of squabbles between former Foxes man in the middle Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and ex-LCFC manager Enzo Maresca have been discussed by the Nottingham-born footballer. In the meantime, new City boss Steve Cooper is tracking a couple of particularly promising Leicester starlets. And one-time Foxes forward Kelechi Iheanacho is set to have a medical at Sevilla following an exit from Leicestershire.

Kelechi Iheanacho about to move to another club

At least Iheanacho didn't go to an English top-flight side ready to return and haunt Leicester City Football Club. The Nigerian recently departed when his contact expired after a rather unsuccessful campaign under Maresca.

An untypical approach was actually taken by Sevilla. They announced that Iheanacho is undergoing his medical and should be switching to the Spanish team. Best of luck to the 27-year-old in his latest endeavour.

Steve Cooper eyeing emerging Leicester City talent

Cooper is a developer of young players, that is proven. And it is very exciting to hear that up-and-coming Foxes duo Will Alves and Michael Golding will likely receive respective chances to impress in the upcoming campaign.

The teenagers are both attacking midfielders, No.8s or 10s. There is always an element of excitement around competent professionals in the latter role in particular. If no successor to Dewsbury-Hall arrives, then the boss's faith is expected to be put into the pair.

LCFC want Mandela Keita and chase Reiss Nelson

Regarding Leicester transfer rumours, a different name sprung up on Wednesday. A supposed "gem" in the form of Youri Tielemans is on City's wishlist. Mandela Keita isn't so much of a goal threat, though he is a midfield technician.

Nelson talk won't dissipate either, giving optimism to the Blue Army. The winger is an impactful player, one who'd dramatically enhance options at the King Power. So, what's the latest?:

"LEICESTER CITY HAVE HELD TALKS WITH ARSENAL OVER REISS NELSON

Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson will consider his options after the pre-season tour of the United States amid his uncertain future at the North London club, according to Sky Sports."

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Enzo Maresca’s relationship highlighted

Foxes of Leicester won't be speaking of these people much anymore. But this interview with 'KDH' was revealing and slightly intriguing:

"I think obviously because I know him [Maresca], some of the lads just say, 'Oh, what's he like?' And they have a little bit of a banter with me.

But no, I definitely wouldn't say I'm the teacher's pet.

If anything, me and him like to squabble a bit because we know each other.

But no, it's nice that everyone can work with him and see what I had when I worked on him at Leicester. And hopefully it can flourish."
