A transfer specialist who is typically accurate and trustworthy, along with being a supposed Leicester City supporter, has spoken on the Foxes. He has, naturally, talked of the possibility of LCFC finally making some signings. One surprise footballer in particular has been named as a potential target for the King Power club. Journalist Ben Jacobs claims the East Midlands outfit hold an interest in a Manchester City player. Someone Pep Guardiola once described as "incredible". Is this a realistic acquisition or loan for the Leicestershire side? We'll offer a conclusion, not to mention our verdict on a hypothetical deal and the player in question.
Leicester City goalkeeper situation
At present, City have a No.1 'keeper and a couple of back up options. Mads Hermansen is currently the indisputable first-choice stopper at the King Power. However, the Dane is essentially up for sale. West Ham United are the most frequently mentioned potential suitor.
If an agreement is made for Hermansen somewhere, LCFC are likely to promote Jakub Stolarczyk to main man between the sticks. Stevie Bausor is the third choice at the moment. Alternatively, Leicester will sign another stopper.
Asmir Begovic is linked with signing for the Foxes. He would probably be the No.2 to Stolarczyk, as Foxes of Leicester see it. Should Leeds United's Illan Meslier come in, he'd be pressing to start. Another possibility is now said to be on the table.
Transfer specialist Ben Jacobs links Foxes with Manchester City stopper Stefan Ortega who Pep Guardiola previously described as incredible

Trafford has agreed a 5+1 contract, as @FabrizioRomano called.

Ortega is a target on Filbert Way, according to Jacobs. The German would be a fine addition in my opinion, along with an unlikely one. Though some side out there will get a bargain: Ortega's contract is up next year.
"He make incredible, incredible saves many, many times."Pep Guardiola on Ortega
The 32-year-old pretty much dislodged Ederson from the starting Citizens spot last season. In addition to that, Guardiola formerly labelled the goalie "incredible". Yet I can envisage Ortega aiming to remain in the Premier League.
