Join us for two reasons on this Tuesday, summer afternoon. First of all, we can watch and assess Leicester City's two goals versus Italian club Fiorentina. The final friendly of the King Power outfit's preseason was conducted at the weekend. Meanwhile, a Foxes star who scored netted one of those is predicted to dominate the Championship once again. Who is this dominant City forward? And do we envision his prominence in 2025/26?
Watch Leicester City's goals against Fiorentina from final Foxes friendly
Right, here's the fun bit for you. City defeated Viola 2-0 on Filbert Way. Marti Cifuentes' Foxes gave him a 'complete performance', in the Catalan's paraphrased words. The intensity of LCFC's press, for example, is an ideal tool for the campaign and was on display against the visitors from Italy.
The goals were scored on the respective 29 and 36 minute marks; only seven minutes separating them is an indication of a team's killer instinct. Jordan Ayew, probably Leicester's main striker for the beginning of the season at least, bagged the opener. You can see that finish below:

Following the Ghana international putting the East Midlands side ahead, City notched another. Fellow Ghanaian Abdul Fatawu was on hand to deliver his usual impressive contribution. The winger delicately evaded two Fiorentina defenders, expertly allowed the ball to catch up to his deft left foot and curled in a beauty.

Foxes star predicted to dominate in England's tier two once more
And Fatawu is the name on every LCFC fan's lips at the moment. The Blue Army fan base are totally delighted about his return. I believe the 21-year-old could be the difference for the Filbert Way club again this year.
And I'm not the only one. He was named Leicester Mercury Man of the Match for the second time. Not to mention these promising comments emerging:
"Fatawu is the pick of the bunch and he looks like he could be Cifuentes' star man this season."FLW
