Presenting the best of #LCFC and #LeiHud from Twitter: before, during and after the Leicester City versus Huddersfield game.
Claude Puel managed to silence his critics: for a minimum of five minutes, following the final whistle. Some Leicester City supporters may give the Frenchman the rest of the week off. However, most importantly, the Foxes took three points from the visit of Huddersfield Town!
These are the best tweets about the match, which we scoured Twitter for:
Good to see you, Ben Hamer! 👋#LeiHud pic.twitter.com/VVLIzLjmQc

It’s good to see a returning former player, as always. Ben Hamer had a very tough start for the Terriers – it wasn’t exactly easy for him at Leicester City, on occasion.

There were three changes from new ‘tinkerman’ Claude Puel for the game. Many questioned Amartey’s inclusion: he looked unsteady, misused and unqualified in previous endeavours at right-back during his Leicester City career.
Though he was marvellous yesterday, as his WhoScored numbers conclude:
62 passes (55 completed, 89%), 5 tackles (100% won), aerial duels 100%, 4 clearances – with a WhoScored rating of 7.48.

• Swap Ghezzal for Albrighton or Ricardo
• Maddison is best when creating in the CAM position
• Iheanacho and Vardy as a partnership is worth persevering
• Chilwell in good high positions needs to attack the RB
3pts here!
Following a mediocre beginning, Foxes of Leicester suggested alterations at half-time at the King Power Stadium. In the second half, City improved drastically.
3 points, 3 goals and a little dance 💃 💙🦊 #lcfc pic.twitter.com/Ayp43VEKsQ

And it’s ‘Strictly Come Zanka’ time for big Harry Maguire!
GOOOOOAAAAL! It's 2️⃣-1️⃣ to City!

James Maddison with a beautiful free-kick! GET IN! 😆#LeiHud pic.twitter.com/szfoVWEEhT
Leicester City’s goal of the season so far?

FoL pointed out the great speculation from the Premier League post game.
Not sure if James Maddison or David Beckam #LEIHUD

‘Bend it like Maddison’.
Leicester City were by far the better team on Saturday. Luckily for the gaffer: he was closer to being relieved of duty, than some imagine.
Right boys and girls Chilwell has been fantastic and grown loads as a player, I think it’s about time we created a song for him... Thoughts and ideas 😃 #lcfc
— Kate Hadley (@KateHadley1) September 22, 2018
Sing a song of Chilwell…
Yes, it was only Huddersfield who were rubbish.
— James Sharpe (@TheSharpeEnd) September 22, 2018
Yes, #LCFC need to stop conceding soft goals.
But.
General play was much better, much slicker. And tempo in the second half is as close to the desired level as we've seen so far.
Iheanacho 👍🏻
Amartey 💪🏻
Maddison 🔥
With some real defensive improvement and personnel switches, for example, Caglar Soyuncu – Leicester City will have a tremendous balance of devastating attack; complimented by a watertight defence.
God, I feel sorry for Vardy in this team. Without Maddison we'd look as terrifying as a basket of kittens.
— Joe Brewin (@Joe_Brewin_) September 22, 2018
Chilwell is basically manning the entire left flank on his own, we're too narrow, and too slow. Why don't we let the centre-backs push out to get things moving? #lcfc
Mr Brewin surely changed his tune after the break.
HT 1-1 referee David Coote is booed off as Schmeichel, Evans and Maguire plead a case that #LCFC have been harshly done to in that half regards the yellows, or lack of for the visitors.
— Rob Tanner (@RobTannerLCFC) September 22, 2018
The match day referee seemed incompetent; although, his decisions were generally wrong in respect to both teams.
A better team would have beaten us today but at least we were able to turn it around. Puel must get his formation and tactics right because what we saw today won’t work against well organised teams.
— Casual Fox (@CasuaIFox) September 22, 2018
It’s true: better opponents would have dispatched Leicester City first-half.
At the match and just bumped into this fella. Thanks for the photo @chris_kammy #lcfc #LeiHud pic.twitter.com/RmgXfFkT08

To finish in a high note, one extremely fortunate supporter got to meet legendary pundit, Chris Kamara.
Leicester City face Wolverhampton Wanderers away on Tuesday, in the Carabao Cup. Then on Saturday in the premiership, it’s Newcastle United at St James’ Park. Two challenging, yet winnable games.
