In this article Foxes of Leicester give all Leicester City team news; state the expected starting lineup; along with a result prediction for the Tottenham Hotspur match:

In the pre-match press conference, Leicester City boss Claude Puel gave the usual team news update. Daniel Amartey is still sidelined; and Marc Albrighton is unfortunately out for the remainder of the season according to Sky Sports.

In recent times Tottenham Hotspur haven’t played convincingly, yet have still produced winners late in games. On the other hand Leicester City have given better accounts of themselves, but regularly lost. This makes us believe the contest will be tight; a narrow victory is likely for Spurs again, at 1-0.

Although if the Frenchman is to go for it at Wembley without setting up negatively, then we can suggest a 4-3-3 to do so, with this lineup:

Kasper Schmeichel; Ben Chilwell, Harry Maguire, Jonny Evans, Ricardo Pereira; Hamza Choudhury, Youri Tielemans; James Maddison; Harvey Barnes, Demarai Gray; Jamie Vardy.

Maddison is slightly deeper in this layout, but with the combative Choudhury behind him alongside Tielemans. The England Under-21 playmaker can still provide No.10-style productivity here. While Barnes and Gray assist solo striker Vardy as wingers.

Probable Leicester City starting XI:

Puel may not risk Tiliemans from the beginning of the game in London for reasons such as it being his Leicester debut. However, expect the Belgian heavily involved long-term as his class is evident. Leicester Mercury quote the gaffer on the subject:

"“We will see. I’ve not decided my team yet. He [Tielemans] makes hard work in the training sessions.“We will see if he can bring his qualities in this game.”– Claude Puel"

This is our estimate for Sunday’s team:

Schmeichel; Chilwell, Maguire, Evans, Ricardo; Ndidi, Mendy; Maddison; Barnes, Gray; Vardy.
