Thankfully for Leicester City fans star players Ben Chilwell and James Maddison have been included in the matchday squad for Arsenal. But may not feature.

James Maddison has missed a couple of matches for Leicester City now, this is due to a hip injury. His team-mate Ben Chilwell was substituted at half-time in the victory versus Crystal Palace because of a heel problem.

Neither player is fully fit according to boss Brendan Rodgers. Although the duo are included in the preliminary squad to face Arsenal on Tuesday evening. Which will encourage the Blue Army as they anticipate the action on their televisions at 8:15pm BST.

Likely Leicester City line-up

Hopefully for Leicester City Jamie Vardy maintains his outrageously impressive scoring record against Mikel Arteta’s side: nine goals in nine outings. Though it may be more difficult than usual as it is unlikely either Chilwell or Maddison will feature in the clash as more than substitutes.

Left-back Luke Thomas, recently promoted to the senior squad by the manager, has traveled with the matchday squad to London. The gaffer will be keen to see his prospect in competitive action in some capacity for the first team soon. However, he is not in the 20-strong collective named for this game.
