According to the latest transfer rumours from Spain, English Premier League side Leicester City are targeting Barcelona starlet Jean-Clair Todibo.

There is so much talk presently about deals between Leicester City and Spanish footballing superpower Barcelona – four players in total have been mentioned, with three prospectively going to England – that one feels at least one switch is an increasing likelihood.

Caglar Soyuncu is the Fox named as being tracked by Barca, after a stellar first campaign playing each match. King Power chiefs are unlikely to allow the Turk to leave unless an extraordinary amount or athlete is offered as part of an agreement.

Then the first man from Spain linked with the East Midlands outfit was Philippe Coutinho. A somewhat fanciful connection: with Leicester’s spending capacity and wage structure. Nevertheless, with Brendan Rodgers’ relationship with the Brazilian, along with the Foxes boss never suggesting it is an impossible transfer, talk continues.

Although, speculation is growing that Coutinho has ‘agreed terms’ with Premier League side Arsenal. In addition to reports of Chelsea’s former star, Willian, joining the Gunners.

Francisco Trincao is the second from Blaugrana who Leicester apparently want. A possible two-year loan has also been mooted, as well as a potential exchange with cash for Soyuncu. Trincao made his name whilst loaned to SC Braga but is owned by Barcelona. However, Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu has claimed their starlet is not for sale.
