Leicester eye deal for striker who could be next Brazilian superstar
With apparent comparisons to Ronaldo Nazario, Kylian Mbappe and Thierry Henry, Brazilian starlet of Botafogo, Luis Henrique, may be on his way to Leicester City.
We’re now under three weeks away from the 2020/21 Premier League campaign, and Leicester City have not signed one player this summer, at the time of writing.
Without a shadow of a doubt, I can assure you that fact has rattled the Foxes support. One hundred percent. Maybe there are some unconcerned fans out there but they haven’t crossed my social media timeline. I had one follower say “don’t panic” in the mentions of Foxes of Leicester’s verified Twitter account. But he is certainly in a small minority. By now he’s also most likely changed his mind on the matter.
Hopefully the impending sale of Ben Chilwell to Chelsea will fund some signings for the East Midlands team. A winger and striker are needed. By default, a new, qualified left-back will also required. Ajax’s Nicolas Tagliafico is wanted in that capacity.
Leicester City chase Brazilian starlet
According to reignited rumours, Leicester have scouted 18-year-old Brazilian striker, Luis Henrique, of Botafogo. He claims he’s been compared to retired compatriot and Brazil legend, Ronaldo Nazario. Not to mention French World Cup winners, Kylian Mbappe and Thierry Henry.
Henrique has also previously had a trial for German giants Bayern Munich. Now the King Power outfit are said to be considering a £25 million transfer for the forward. Italian superclub Juventus and English club Everton are also supposedly admirers.
