James Maddison– 9

Everyone was raving about his post match interview last night- which was brilliant – but it almost took praise away from his performance. He ran the show in the midfield and competently scored his third goal in three games. Compared to Mason Mounts performance it was chalk and cheese.

Marc Albrighton– 7

His hot streak continues. You can’t drop the Leicester City legend right now, as he always those in midfield to be more adventurous and Castagne behind him as well. He is also starting to add quality to his famed work rate.

Harvey Barnes– 7

A quiet game from the winger, but it didn’t stop him from ripping Reece James to pieces. Barnes is arguably the most in winger in the league right now, but you obviously won’t hear about that.

Jamie Vardy– 6

This reoccurring hip problem is clearly restricting Vardy, but thankfully others around him are popping up with goals as they have dried up for the legend. His endless runs and quality on the ball are such an asset to the team, let’s hope the goals come soon.

Substitutes:

Ayoze Perez, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ricardo Pereira- All 5

Substitutes had little time to add anything to a game that was pretty much dead – but thank the Lord that Ricardo is back.
