Foxes of Leicester rate Enzo Maresca’s time as Leicester City boss so far. Meanwhile, two stars are still wanted by other teams for transfers with the window wide open. Will Kelechi Iheanacho and Daniel Iversen leave or stay with the east Midlands outfit? Iheanacho has been described as more likely to remain a Fox; Iversen’s time on Filbert Way appears over after a big hint on Saturday.

What a start to the season Maresca has made, like 9/10. Why would any Foxes fans be upset at present? Seriously, I’m asking. Yeah, they’re not winning by a large margin but a 100 percent winning-streak after four matches is impeccable. For a new head coach especially, this record is marvellous and undeniably exceptional. And, by the look of things, more exquisite play shall materialise at some stage to complement a victorious side. Be patient, demanding Foxes among us.

Some of the Leicester squad are still expected to depart the club. That is a simple fact that some supporters must come to terms with. Unfortunately, some favoured, standout players may go before the window shuts. In spite of LCFC’s apparent desire to retain Wout Faes, the Belgium international centreback might perhaps exit this summer. He wants a return to top-flight football and did not rule out leaving entirely in an interview accessible here.

Current backup Goalkeeper Daniel Iversen and versatile forward and highly misused or underutilised Kelechi Iheanacho are respectively on the wishlist of a Premier League club. Crystal Palace – who recently achieved the coup of keeping their own star in Michael Olise – are supposedly after Iversen and Iheanacho.

While an expert deemed the Nigerian remaining at LCFC more probable, speculation remains. However, the Dane is a probable leaver: he wasn’t even named on the substitute’s bench with two other stoppers versus Cardiff City.
